John Raker (Raker) appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Northum-berland County (trial court) granting a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Department of Corrections (Department) because his slip-and-fall claim did not fall within any of the exceptions to sovereign immunity. 1
