MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes to be heard on the first and final application of Katten, Mu-chin & Zavis (“KMZ”) as attorneys for the Debtors-in-possession pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 330 and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2016 for an allowance of $69,108.50 in compensation and reimbursement of ex penses in the amount of $9,868.92 for the period February 3, 1989 through September 28, 1989.
