OPINION
GARRARD, Judge.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Ginger E. Abbs, et al. (the “Landowners”) appeal the trial court’s declaratory judgment entered in favor of the Town of Syracuse (the “Town”). 1 We affirm.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
The Landowners are fee simple owners of shoreline property along Syracuse Lake (the “Lake”) located in Kosciusko County.
