CONNER, Senior District Judge:
Plaintiff, Ertha Augustin, brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and New York State Executive Law § 296 against Annette Saturnelli (“Saturnelli”) and Joan Goudy-Crosson (“Goudy-Crosson”) in their individual capacities and the Enlarged City School District of Newburgh (the “District,” and together with Saturnelli and Goudy-Crosson, “defendants”).
