Plaintiff was seriously injured when the Chevrolet coach automobile of L. D. Gibson, by him driven, wherein plaintiff was riding as an invited guest, collided with an automobile operated by defendant Harry Kaiser between sunset and dark on September 13, 1934, in the intersection of Louisiana Highways Nos. 10 and 80, a short distance north of Bossier City, La. Gibson was an employee of the Red River Motor Company, Inc., when the accident happened.
