The plaintiff seeks to recover from the defendants, in solido, $293.15, covering proper? ty damages said to have resulted when the defendant’s Packard car, driven by an employee, ran into the plaintiff’s Chevrolet automobile at the intersection of N. Galvez and St. Philip streets, in this city, on October 7, 1932, at about 9 o’clock a. m.
