E. R. Lewis brought this suit in Taylor County against J. M. Graham and W. G. Drummond, residents of Young County, seeking to establish liability of the defendants, as partners doing business under the firm name of Bubble Up Bottling Company, for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff as the result of an explosion of a bottle of Bubble Up.
