12Pefendant, Rebecca Pujol, appeals a default judgment rendered against her in favor of the plaintiff, Pinegrove Electrical Supply Company, Inc. (“Pinegrove”). Mrs. Pujol also asserts exceptions of no right of action and no cause of action for the first time in this Court. On appeal, she argues that the default judgment rendered against her should be reversed because a materialman’s lien filed against her property by Pinegrove was not timely filed.
