| gPlaintiff appeals the trial court judgment sustaining defendant’s exception of prescription and exception of no cause of action, dismissing plaintiffs abuse of process and malicious prosecution claims against defendant. For the following reasons, we find that the trial court was correct in granting defendant’s exception of *750prescription as to its abuse of process claim. However, we find the trial judge erred in sustaining defendant’s exception of no cause of action as to plaintiffs malicious prosecution claim. Accordingly, we reverse that portion of the…
