Plaintiff Lindsay Jenkins (“Plaintiff’), a citizen of the United Kingdom who is proceeding pro se, has filed suit against twelve named defendants, alleging Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (“RICO”) violations and common law sexual discrimination and harassment claims in connection with mortgage foreclosure proceedings in Florida state court.
