The United States (the “U.S.”) brings this action on behalf of its agency, the Internal Revenue Services (the “IRS”) under 26 U.S.C. §§ 7401, 7402 and 7403 against defendants Arthur Sweeny, III (“Mr. Sweeny”), his son Peter B. Sweeny (“Peter”) and John Does 1-10, unknown persons who may have an interest in the subject property located at 92 Stephen Drive, Pleasantville, N.Y.
