This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Norman Lattman, Stanley Lattman, Lattman Irrevocable Family Trust, Jessica Lattman Trust, and Stanley & Ellen Lattman Trust (collectively, the “defendants”) seeking to dismiss the complaint in this adversary proceeding commenced by the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Norstan Apparel Shops, Inc.
