This is an adverse-possession case. Appellant Daniel Dillard appeals the Lafayette County Chancery Court’s order granting the appellees’ counterclaim requesting that the court quiet title in them to a forty-acre parcel of unenclosed timberland in Lafayette County. We affirm.
