OPINION
PICKARD, Chief Judge.
{1} Eleanor Griego, individually and as personal representative of her deceased husband’s estate, the Estate of Jerome J. Griego (Plaintiffs), filed suit against Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company (Reliance) for failing to convert Mr. Griego’s group life insurance policy to an individual life insurance policy after he submitted a'conversion application requesting Reliance to do so. The trial court dismissed Plaintiffs’ suit after granting Reliance’s motion for summary judgment on the grounds that Reliance had mailed Mr. Griego a notice to pay the premium,…
