OPINION
CASTILLO, Judge.
{1} Grandparents filed a petition to adopt Father’s child (Child) and served Father with a motion to imply his consent to the adoption. After two separate hearings on the matter, two orders were entered — one in December 2006 (2006 order) and another, amended order in June 2008 (2008 amended order)— implying Father’s consent to the adoption of Child. Father filed an application for interlocutory appeal of the 2008 amended order, which was granted.
