—In an action for divorce and ancillary relief, the plaintiff appeals, (1) as limited by her brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Marrero, J.), dated July 16, 1992, as failed to award her an equal share of certain bank accounts and investments and (2) from a qualified domestic relations order of the same court, also dated July 16, 1992, which, inter alia, awarded her a 50% share of the marital portion of the defendant’s pension.

Ordered that the appeal from the order is dismissed as abandoned; and it is further,
