Plaintiffs Benjamin Belden (Belden) and Adler Center for Behavior Modification (Adler) brought this action against their former attorneys alleging legal malpractice, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud. The circuit court granted defendants’ motions to dismiss plaintiffs’ third amended complaint pursuant to section 2 — 619 of the Code of Civil Procedure (September 18, 1990. Rev.
