VALLEE, J. pro tem.

Motion to dismiss an appeal from a judgment and from an order denying a motion for a new trial. Plaintiffs sued Bekins Van & Storage Company (referred to as “Bekins”) and 14 individual defendants. Bekins answered separately. Eleven of the individual defendants answered jointly. After the cause had been tried the trial judge signed findings of fact and conclusions of law, in which he concluded that plaintiffs were entitled to a judgment against Bekins for $3,126.15.
