To the Justices of the Supreme Court:
The governor and the honorable council respectfully represent that on March 16, 1911, an act entitled “An act to provide for the acquisition by the state of the Crawford Notch, so called, in Hart’s Location and contiguous territory, as a forest reservation and state park” was reported by the committee on appropriations to the house.
