Plaintiff Bobby Outlaw brings this action against defendant Jeh Johnson, the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, alleging racial discrimination, retaliation, and the creation of a hostile work environment, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. Defendant moves to dismiss plaintiffs retaliation and hostile-work-environment claims.
