BRIEANT, District Judge.
Before this Court for decision is a motion by Defendant for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56, Fed.R.Civ. Pro., heard and fully submitted on February 24,1998. Plaintiff Sumaira Hernandez' brought this action against her present employer Defendant Jackson Lewis (hereinafter “Jackson Lewis” or Defendant) pursuant to Title VII, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., and Section 296 et seq. of the New York Human Rights Law (the “NYHRL”), alleging (1) quid pro quo sexual harassment; (2) hostile work environment sexual harassment; (3) unlawful retaliation; and (4)…
