Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.
Petitioner was charged by two separate misbehavior reports with violation of a number of prison disciplinary rules as a result of his participation in the August 1, 1988 takeover of the special housing unit at Coxsackie Correctional Facility in Greene County.
