BALDOCK, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff Luz Villanueva Batista appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment for Defendants Doral Financial Corporation and Federal Ins. Co. on her claims for unjust dismissal and retaliatory termination under 29 L.P.R.A. § 185a (Law No. 80) and 29 L.P.R.A § 194a (Law No. 115). The district court exercised diversity jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and affirm.
