By information the defendant was charged with unlawfully manufacturing intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale. At the close of the state’s case, the defendant made a motion for dismissal, which was denied, and at the close of all of the evidence moved for a directed verdict, which was also denied. From the judgment entered upon the verdict, the defendant appeals.
