LUCERO, Circuit Judge.
Appellant Doyle Koehn entered guilty pleas in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado to one count of wire fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1343, and one count of making a false statement to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, 18 U.S.C. § 1010. The district court calculated Appellant’s sentence under the United States Sentencing Guidelines. The adjusted offense level of eighteen included a two level enhancement for abuse of a position of trust. USSG § 3B1.3.
