—This was an action by the appellant against the appellee to condemn and acquire the electric distribution system and property of the appellee Public Service Company of Indiana, within the city of Lebanon and adjacent territory. The complaint is in a single paragraph and is in the customary form for the condemnation of property under the Eminent Domain Act of 1905, Secs. 3-1701 to 3-1712, Burns’ Ind.
