This is a suit by the widow of William Frei-bert to recover funeral expenses and compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Act, Act 20 of 1914 as amended by Act 242 of 1928.
The defense is that the widow is not entitled to compensation because she was not living with her husband nor dependent upon him for support at the time ■ of his. injury and death.
There was .judgment in favor of defendant, and plaintiff has appealed.
The only evidence in the record on the issue presented is the testimony of plaintiff and her mother and an affidavit of plaintiff made two days after her husband’s death.…
