This is a suit under the Workmen’s Compensation laws, Act 20 of 1914, as amended by Act 85 of 1926.
Willie Harris was employed by the defendant corporation as a common laborer and, while at work in the course of his employment, was killed on June 23, 1927.. There survived him a wife, Mary Harris, to whom he was married in December, 1923, and from whom he was never separated, either by judgment of divorce or separation from bed and board.
