Roxie Fowler sued Guy A. Fowler, her husoand, under the statute for separate maintenance. The district judge made an order for the payment of alimony pendente lite, counsel fees, and suit money. Plaintiff in error tailed to pay any part of the amount so ordered to be paid, and thereupon Roxie Fowler, in the original divorce action, applied for and obtained an order to show cause why plaintiff in error should not be punished for contempt.
