This action arises out of a tragic fight between plaintiff Larry Morris (“Morris”) and four other youths1 in 1996. Morris alleges in his complaint that he was beaten severely by the four youths and sustained numerous kicks and punches to the head and body. Bristol township police officers arrived on the scene and the assailants fled. The injured Morris was placed in a police car for some time, and then released by the police officers.
