Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board v. Alexandra M. Nelissen

This matter comes to us on a report of a division of the Grievance Commission of the Supreme Court of Iowa. See Iowa Ct. R. 35.11(1). The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board charged attorney Alexandra M. Nelissen with violating several ethical rules. The commission held a hearing, found that some but not all the alleged violations had occurred, and recommended a thirty-day suspension.
