HECHT, Justice.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board (Board) charged attorney Sheree L. Smith with violating multiple rules of professional conduct. Smith entered a stipulation conceding that her conduct violated several rules. See Iowa Ct. R. 36.16 (permitting stipulations in attorney disciplinary matters); see also Iowa Supreme Ct. Att’y Disciplinary Bd. v.
