Russell T. Lund, Jr., appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the District of Minnesota, following a bench trial, in favor of Norwest Bank Minneapolis, N.A. (Norwest), and American National Bank & Trust Co. of St. Paul (ANB) on his claim that Norwest and ANB had converted a cashier’s check by paying the check over his forged endorsement.
