William Rubin appeals his conviction of ten counts of securities fraud brought under 15 U.S.C. §§ 77q(a) and 77x (1982) and 18 U.S.C. § 2 (1982), and two counts of filing a false securities registration statement under 15 U.S.C. § 77x and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
