ORDER

MEROW, Judge.

This tax refund matter comes before the court on plaintiff’s motion filed May 8, 1990 to transfer this matter to the United States District Court where it was originally filed on June 21, 1989.

By motion filed November 13,1989 in the District Court, plaintiff requested that the case be transferred to the United States Claims Court so that this matter, and similar cases filed by other hospitals, could proceed in a single forum. The motion noted that the Claims Court had jurisdiction over tax refund suits under 28 U.S.C. § 1491 and cited Claims Court Rule 84 as showing that…
