MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SPORKIN, District Judge.
This case comes before the Court on the plaintiff’s and defendants’ cross motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff moves for summary judgment on the count of the amended complaint alleging breach of contract. Defendants move for summary judgment on that count as well as other counts alleging breach of fiduciary duty and tortious interference with contract.
