In this contract case involving stock purchase warrants, plaintiffs, Kenneth D. Anderson, Paul A. Moore, and Stanley F. Smazal, appeal from a summary judgment entered by the trial court in favor of defendant, Somatogen, Inc., and its predecessor, Somatogenetics International.
