This civil action is before the Court on plaintiffs National Parks Conservation Association, Inc., Sierra Club, Inc., and Our Children’s Earth Foundation’s (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Plaintiffs”) Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 135] and defendant Tennessee Valley Authority’s (“Defendant TVA”) First Motion for Summary Judgment.
