SUMMARY
This action was instituted by the plaintiffs under Section 365 of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended (7 U.S.C. § 1365) to obtain a review of the determination of a Review Committee consisting of the defendants who were appointed by the Secretary of Agriculture pursuant to Section 363 of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended (7 U.S.C. § 1363).
