This action is brought by two named Plaintiffs, Scott A. Fisher and Jessie J. LaForest, on behalf of themselves and other similarly situated employees, against their employer, Defendant Michigan Bell Telephone Company, and it is joined by 104 current and former call center employees of Defendant (collectively “Plaintiffs”).
