Plaintiffs Kenton Smallwood (“Small-wood”), Catherine Christenson (“Christen-son”), Rahsaan Renford (“Renford”), and Berthil Ivarson (“Iverson”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) filed this lawsuit on behalf of themselves and all other similarly situated persons against Defendant Illinois Bell Telephone Company (“Defendant” or “Illinois Bell”) alleging that Defendant misclassified Outside Plant Engineers as exempt from overtime pay in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. and the Illinois…
