I. Introduction

Appellant Brent Gowe Gates appeals his conviction for driving while intoxicated (DWI). In four points, Gates argues that the trial court erred by failing to grant a mistrial, by admitting testimony regarding his refusal to submit to a blood test, and by admitting evidence obtained from an allegedly illegal stop.
