INTRODUCTION

1 Defendant Kevin Lee Pecht appeals a judgment and conviction of two counts of sodomy on a child and aggravated sexual abuse, both first degree felonies in violation of Utah Code Ann. §§ 76-5-408.1 and 76-5-404.1 (1999), respectively. On appeal, defendant challenges his conviction on three separate grounds.
