INTRODUCTION

T1 Defendant Mark Paul Helms pled guilty to two counts of attempted aggravated sexual assault in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-404 (1999), and three counts of dealing in harmful material in violation of § 76-10-1206 (1999). He was sentenced to three years to life in prison for each count of aggravated sexual assault and zero to five years in prison for each count of dealing in harmful material to a child.
