Opinion

ORME, Judge:

{1 Monte Johnston was denied workers' compensation benefits for his head, neck, and back injuries after being involved in an industrial accident while working for Viracon. The administrative law judge (ALJ) denied Johnston's request for benefits primarily because of the opinions and conclusions contained in the independent medical panel's report. Johnston had objected to the medical panel's report and requested a hearing on his objection, but the ALJ denied his request. The Labor Commission Appeals Board affirmed. Johnston now seeks judicial review of the Board's decision.
