This is an appeal from an order of the district court of Garfield county, refusing to vacate its former order appointing a receiver for the properties of the Anglo-American Royalties Corporation pending litigation. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court, where Ida M. Brentnall was plaintiff and the Anglo-American Royalties Corporation was defendant.
