This is an appeal from an order refusing to vacate the appointment of a receiver. The trial court appo’nted a temporary receiver of a certain oil and gas leasehold, drilling and operating equipment and oil runs from a small producing oil well in Pottawatomie county. The parties appear here in reverse order and will he referred to as they appeared in the lower court.
