This is an appeal from an order denying defendant’s motion for a new trial. The case was tried in the district court without a jury. *485The trial court found for plaintiff in the amount of §2,475 plus interest and denied defendant’s motion for amended findings of fact and conclusions of law as well as its motion for a new trial. Upon appeal, permission was granted the Minnesota Bankers Association to file a brief amicus curiae.
