This case arises from the termination of an employment relationship between Plaintiffs Donald Reinhardt (“Reinhardt”) and Jon Armstrong (“Armstrong”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”), and their former employer Defendant Gemini Motor Transport (“Gemini”). Plaintiffs drove semi-trucks for Gemini, and delivered gasoline and diesel fuel to various Love’s Gas Stations in California.
