ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISMISS Plaintiff Korrine Herlth alleges that she was injured after receiving two doses of the Gardasil vaccine. Herlth now brings a variety of product liability claims against the vaccine’s manufacturers, Merck & Co., Inc., and Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp. (collectively, “Merck”).
